Dear Dr. Taher,
Yes, it is sad news indeed! The ASRC would not have reached the heights it did without the contributions of Dr. Mulder. Also, American Studies in India couldn't have become so popular without the patronage of Dr. Mulder that made it possible for quite a few Indian scholars to see the US.
My condolences to the bereaved family.
Best regards,
Dr. Nibir Ghosh

Dear Mohamed,
Sad news. Professor Mulder did path breaking work in the cause of American Studies in India.
I am sorry to hear of his passing.
While we never met, we corresponded and I could see the results of his efforts almost daily.
Thank you for notifying me.
With regards,
Dr. John Hurd, former Director, ASRC
